Esta es una muestra de artistas ecuatorianos en dónde enunciamos un imaginario forcluído, un “concepto lacaniano ampliado por Judith Butler”(Segato 2015) que se ejerce en lo performativo y que sin duda se sostiene en contemplaciones varias a través de una poética feminista en el marco azul del patriarcado. Esta muestra es sin duda, una ventana social para hablar acerca del amor subversivo y la ternura radical; sostenidos en formato audiovisual, escultura, pintura e instalación; que nos recuerda aquel fluxus dadaísta que rememora aquellos tremendos años 80. La obra de arte es un claro reflejo de aquello que opera dentro y fuera del espacio expositivo, un artilugio que sincretiza el ethos del ecuatorianismo en el que sin duda “la materialidad irreductible del cuerpo es una condición previa y necesaria para la práctica feminista” (Butler y Bixio 2002)

This is an exhibition of Ecuadorian artists where we enunciate a forcluded imaginary, a "Lacanian concept expanded by Judith Butler" (Segato 2015) that is exercised in the performative and that undoubtedly is sustained in various contemplations through a feminist poetics in the blue frame of patriarchy. This exhibition is undoubtedly a social window to talk about subversive love and radical tenderness; sustained in audiovisual format, sculpture, painting and installation; which reminds us of that Dadaist fluxus that recalls those tremendous 80s. The artwork is a clear reflection of what operates inside and outside the exhibition space, a contraption that syncretizes the ethos of Ecuadorianism in which undoubtedly "the irreducible materiality of the body is a necessary precondition for feminist practice" (Butler and Bixio 2002).
